Students can enroll themselves on PPD sessions through the Student Portal -

All Faculty course enrolments will be entered on the Student Information System (SITS). As part of progress reporting you and your supervisory team will be asked to check your enrolments by logging on to eVision:

Before booking please check that you have no other commitments that would prevent you from attending the whole session. We would ask that you treat your training in a professional manner. By booking on a session you are committing yourself to attending the whole session. An attendance register will be taken at all sessions and this will be used to update your training record. For any non-attendance (unless you have cancelled your place) you will be contacted by email for the reason. The email will also be copied to your supervisory team and non-attendance will also be noted in your training record.

It is your responsibility to keep a note of your enrolment including the date, time and venue of the course. A reminder may be sent but is not guaranteed. It is therefore your responsibility to turn up on time. You should aim to arrive on time (at least 5 minutes before the start of the course). Students have complained about delayed starts due to the lateness of other students. You are also expected to stay for the course – a check on attendance will be made at regular intervals during the course.
