We have a thriving postgraduate research community offering both full and part-time doctoral studies. Our postgraduate researchers benefit from being part of a Faculty-wide Graduate School, which provides focused support and development opportunities, along with first rate research facilities.
PG research projects span the breadth of our research themes. Along with expert support for your research project and the encouragement to engage with user groups, collaborators and external organisations to enhance your research, you'll also have access to a broad and comprehensive range of opportunities to enhance your personal, professional and career skills.
The School of Health Sciences, UEA is pleased to announce that it has been awarded one of the contracts to run a fully funded MSc in Clinical Research for non-medical practitioners. This course is funded by Health Education England and administered by the National Institute of Health Research. This is just one of a range of Masters degrees offered by the School.
We welcome enquiries from those living in the UK and internationally who are interested in pursuing MPhil/PhD studies in areas that align with one or more of our three research themes: Improving Access to Healthcare, Community and Family Health and Older People and Long Term Conditions.
We have outstanding facilities for conducting experimental research which enable us to measure physiological and neurophysiological function and assess the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.
