Behaviour Finance Workshop for Practitioners - 22 March 2023
This new 1-day in person expert led course will consist of the primary themes of: relevant behavioural economics concepts, finance basics and psychology of the market, behavioural finance in the past and role of biases and exuberance in financial crises, managing a biased client, FinTech, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and similar topics on investing.
The teaching will be delivered by the Centre for Behavioural and Experimental Social Science, at UEA, in an interactive environment. The workshop will be invaluable to a wide range of professionals, such as board members, investment professionals, risk management officers and directors, and wealth managers.
The workshop is being offered at the introductory price of £700 + VAT, with support from the Pathways Training Fund being available for SMEs.

The Pathways Training Fund
We are a partner in The Pathways Training Fund (PTF). The Fund provides grants to SMEs & Social Enterprises (inclunding Community Interest Companies) in Norfolk and Suffolk. It is funded by the European Social Fund in partnership with Suffolk and Norfolk County Councils and a network of local training providers.
The employer-led training is flexible. It aims to help firms adapt to the changing nature of work and be more agile and competitive.
The scheme will fund up to 75% of staff training costs for multiple employees with maximum grants of £500 per employee / £3,000 per employer.

• Accredited or non-accredited courses
• Extra grants for Innovation and Net Zero training later in 2022
• Courses running until September 2023
