In this role, you will be responsible for up to 20 student clubs and their holistic development, undertaking projects that may include social media and marketing, events, workforce development, mental health and wellbeing, IMS development, performance programme activity including scholarship and alumni development.
The coordinators are also integral to the delivery of the Active Campus participation programme that is vital to the continued delivery of sport and physical activity to over 50% of the student body.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Category Manager to join the Procurement Service of the Finance and Planning Division of the University.
Key duties of the role include driving cashable and cost avoidance non-pay savings for the University in order to support and enable the delivery of Strategy 2030. You will undertake these duties in the regulatory context of both the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contract Regulations 2015, both of which will apply for the foreseeable future.
You will have demonstrable experience of using financial systems to research, interrogate and understand data, translating this into plans for improvement and evidence of delivering financial and quality improvements. An understanding of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 is key to the delivery of the role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join the School of Computing Sciences to provide administrative services to the EPSRC UK-India Future Networks Initiative (UKI-FNI) research team, supporting the operational, research and development activities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and sponsors as required.
The Project Administrator will work with the Project PI and academic/administrative staff at the University and partner institutions to ensure the timely delivery of documentation including periodic reports, minutes of meetings, financial summary statements and other such information as required by the funders and other stakeholders. Key duties include managing and organising technical workshops, management and advisory committee meetings, events, maintaining an overview of project outputs and taking on day to day responsibility for monitoring and maintaining the projects activities as required by the project PI. You will be responsible for the dissemination of complex information to enable well informed decision making and will be key in ensuring this information is expressed effectively to various stakeholders.
