UEA Neurological Physiotherapy Community Clinic
The UEA Neurological Physiotherapy Community Clinic supports people living with neurological conditions by providing assessment, treatment and access to specialist exercise facilities. The clinic also acts as a gateway to local services, including the UEA Sportspark and Able2B, an accessible gym facility in Norwich.
Physiotherapy takes place in the MoveX Lab at the University of East Anglia. Sessions are delivered by final-year physiotherapy students and supervised by qualified clinicians and researchers. The MoveX Lab’s specialist equipment enables detailed assessment of movement, strength, balance, symmetry, fitness and functional ability. This technology is integrated into the treatment programme where appropriate.
