In recognition of our activities to examine the ways we support everyone to achieve their full potential in work and study, the School has held an Athena SWAN Bronze award since 2013.

Our Equality and Diversity Committee includes Academics, Administrative Staff, Postdoctoral Researchers and Postgraduate Research Students. We work alongside the University’s Central teams with initiatives from the School benefitting from and feeding into activities across the Faculty and University.
