You will provide efficient, pro-active and high-quality customer support and assist the Division by undertaking a number of secretarial and administrative duties including drafting reports, taking minutes, arranging travel, organising meetings, answering queries and diary management. You will also assist in purchasing equipment and undertake financial processes where required. -

Working within a busy undergraduate laboratory in the Faculty of Science, the focus of the post will centre on provision for the Schools of Chemistry, Pharmacy and Pharmacology. You will be part of a team of technicians responsible for all aspects of technical support for the laboratory to necessitate the smooth running of undergraduate sessions and high level of service. -

Starting salary from £36,333 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £43,155 per annum .
This role will see you operating in the Quadram Institute (QI) building, providing first class security functions. This is a role encompassing a wide variety of topics within the lifecycle of both the School and the Faculty. Key areas of focus include: financial forecasting, budget setting, and budgetary management; assisting with teaching planning; resource management and a central role in the School’s workload modelling and management activities; process monitoring and process development to ensure the School is able to engage with other units within the University (e.g. Learning and Teaching Service, Careers Central, Research and Innovation); leadership of Faculty Professional Services (FPS) colleagues and maintaining a leadership role within the School Executive. It’s a role that covers the full range of activities that enables a School to function and ensures that the business and administrative requirements of the School are met. -
Systems and Processes Officer (Placements) | Full-Time

Salary on appointment will be £28,929 per annum, with an annual increment up to £35,308 per annum.
You will lead on technical and business process analysis, data quality analysis, helpdesk support, system training and guidance, system testing planning and execution, and system roadmap development for the InPlace stakeholders both internal and external to the university. -
