Thank you for your interest in a postgraduate degree programme in the Faculty of Science at the University of East Anglia.

Our range of taught programmes allows students to tailor their degrees to their interests and career aspirations. We pride ourselves on being a friendly place in which to work. You will be able to explore a universe of ideas and academic disciplines within a stimulating intellectual environment.

The Faculty of Science is part of the Norwich Research Park which includes two major BBSRC Institutes, the John Innes Centre for Plant and Microbial Science, the Institute of Food Research, the Sainsbury Laboratory, plus the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. With these Institutes we plan science strategy together, sharing joint grants to widen the research opportunities in the biological and health sciences as well as computing and molecular sciences.

The Faculty of Science is nationally and internationally renowned for its world-class research with 95% of its research activity rated as world leading and international in its impact at the most recent research assessment exercise (RAE), the results of which were published in December 2008
