Norwich Business School is part of the Social Sciences Faculty (SSF) and one of the largest Schools in the University of East Anglia.
According to RAE 2008, 90% of the research in the Business School is of international quality, with 45% of all its research defined as ‘world-leading’ or ‘internationally excellent’ in terms of originality, significance and rigour.
Multi-disciplinary in nature, the School is well known for its ability to innovate with programmes such as the Strategic Carbon Management MBA and its full time MBA with a January start, two consultancy projects and the opportunity to achieve a Diploma in Management Consultancy awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

World's first MSc in Brand Leadership launched
Norwich Business School recently launched the world's first MSc in Brand Leadership - helping students find out how to run a business with brand at its centre. The course has been created by Norwich Business School at the University of East Anglia and is a unique partnership with some of the world’s top branding professionals.

£1.1m to help those hit by recession
Individuals and businesses in Norfolk will benefit from a £1.1m scheme designed to provide much-needed help to those hit by the recession.
The University of East Anglia (UEA) and partners Norfolk County Council, City College Norwich and Norwich University College of the Arts will run a free programme of activities to develop skills, competencies and enterprise opportunities.
On offer through the programme will be small group coaching and personal development programmes as well as short courses in developing business skills. The short courses will cover areas such as carbon management, leadership management, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, service and customer orientation, and advance IT skills.
Prof Nikos Tzokas, head of Norwich Business School at UEA, said: “Our aim is to provide significant additional impetus to support individuals and businesses through the economic downturn in the Norwich and Norfolk area.
“The programme will capitalise on Norfolk’s educational institutions’ knowledge strengths and has been specifically designed in conjunction with key stakeholders and partners to address the economic challenges and contribute to sustainable prosperity.”
