The Human Resources Division provides a full HR service to all the University's Schools and Divisions. These include guidance on human resource planning, recruitment and selection, role analysis, grading, conditions of employment, employee development, performance and reward management, employee relations, equal opportunities, employment law compliance and advice on operational, procedural, policy development and strategic matters relating to staff.
