The School has contributed to the latest BIS Foresight Review on Reducing Risk to Natural Disasters.

The Natural Hazards theme is focused on the improving our understanding of and resilience to natural hazards, in particular volcanoes and earthquakes, but also in storms and flooding. The School operates one major group which contributes to this theme: the Environmental Earth Sciences group. However some of the other groups also contribute to this theme.
