Applications are open to social workers with at least one year’s post-qualified experience.
The module builds on learning from the Assessed and Support Year in Employment. The module is open to practitioners within Adult Social Work settings. The module examines practice within adult social care law and policy. It looks at the broad area of social work with adults, the Care Act 2014 and related policies, practice and research. The structure of the module follows the nine domains of the Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF) for Social Work and enables learners to evidence the PCF at the level of a Qualified/Experienced Social Worker.
