The Booklet was created from the Pro-CARE study by Tamara Backhouse, Anne Killett, Peter Davis, Julie Lang, Clare Carey, Derek Buttle, Emily Allison, and Eneida Mioshi. The Pro-CARE study was funded by the Alzheimer’s Society and carried out at the University of East Anglia.
