The aim of the group is to:

  • establish a space for a collective voice for our disabled staff
  • provide a forum to discuss common access issues and potential solutions
  • share strategies of managing disability successfully
  • share knowledge with the University to ensure high quality solutions are found where accessibility issues are identified

The network is for staff and students who identify themselves as disabled and feel they'd like to share knowledge and experience to work with us in identifying positive solutions on a wide range of access matters.


Access All Areas meetings for the 2020/21 academic year will take place on: 

Friday 18th September 2020, 2.00pm-3.30pm

Thursday 5th November 2020, 9.30am – 11.00am

Friday 15th January 2021, 12.30pm-2.00pm

Thursday 18th March 2021, 10.00am-11.30am

Wednesday 19th May 2021, 2.00pm-3.30pm

Thursday 8th July 2021, 11.00am-12.30pm


All meetings will take place via Microsoft Teams under further notice.
