Join an expanding network of businesses from across the region to learn, try out and discuss new concepts and approaches to inspire staff, strengthen processes and help your business to grow.

Unlike other, similar courses, this government-subsidised programme is delivered and supported by academics from Norwich Business school who are experts in their fields, providing that personal touch and academic rigor to the latest practices. In addition to the 16-hour teaching live online, you’ll benefit from 4 in-person seminars with your cohort colleagues, 10 hours support with a business mentor matched to your needs and bespoke 1-2-1 tutorials with the course director during the programme.

Current students have come from a variety of disciplines including landscaping, farming, fabrication, engineering, IT, accountancy, digital marketing and science among others.
