The University of East Anglia’s (UEA) Norwich Business School (NBS) has officially received re-accreditation from the Association of MBAs (AMBA), one of the world’s leading authorities in post-graduate business education, demonstrating its continuing commitment to excellence in management education.
The UEA MBA (Master of Business Accreditation) has been shaping future leaders for over 30 years, offering a transformative experience for students. Guided by world-class research, our students learn from expert academics who blend advanced theory with practical insights.
The MBA offers a unique, personalised program that continually provides opportunities for students to share knowledge, collaborate, and enhance their expertise
Upon receiving AMBA re-accreditation, all current MBA and recent MBA alumni of Norwich Business School are invited to continue to be part of AMBA’s global member community of more than 70,000 students and alumni in more than 150 countries and able to access free networking, thought leadership, career development, and a variety of benefits.
Accreditation from AMBA represents the highest standard of achievement in post-graduate business education. Its rigorous assessment criteria audits the quality of teaching, curriculum, and student interaction on the MBA course.
During the re-accreditation process conducted by AMBA, members of the accreditation panel, representing senior management from global business schools, saw a strong sense of identity and community across the school and university. The panel were also impressed on seeing the extensive and impactful company visits integrated into the Full-Time MBA programme.
Finally, the panel noted that the Capstone Consultancy project had an undeniable impact on the student learning experience.
Professor Amir Sharif, Head (Dean) of Norwich Business School, said:
