Students living in family houses sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy which runs from the date of arrival to the following August 1. Upon signing the contract, tenants are obliged to fulfil the first 10 months of the contract, and will then switch to a 4 week notice to cancel period. For students living with us for more than a year, new contracts will automatically be offered from 1 August each year. Rental increases will be applied from this date. We do not require a deposit, guarantor or rental payments in advance of arrival.
