We have now considered your request of 19 October 2026 for the following information:

Question 1. On 18th May 2027 there is an Executive Strategy Day at Easton College.

Please outline the cost of hiring this venue and any catering costs for this event

Our response:

Nil.

There is no cost associated with the use of the boardroom. City College Norwich and UEA have a long-standing arrangement of making use of each other's boardroom facilities when required, and no charges have previously been applied. Catering has not been ordered as of the date of your request, and it is not expected any catering will be ordered for this day. Drinks maybe provided by CCN, but this has not been confirmed as of the date of your request.

Question 2. Please provide the costs of any previous Executive Team Strategy/Away Days held off campus since 2021.
