Question 2. How many SARs are currently overdue? I mean open requests past their statutory deadline, including any extension.

Our response:

As of the date of your request, no Subject Access Requests are overdue.

Question 3. What software or tool, if any, does the University use to redact SAR disclosures (for example, Adobe Acrobat Pro)

Our response:

The University uses Adobe Acrobat Pro to apply redactions to SAR disclosures.

Question 4. Is SAR redaction currently outsourced to a third party, or has it been at any time since 1 January 2024? If so, please name the provider.

Our response:

No. SAR redactions are not currently outsourced to a third party, nor have we outsourced redactions at any time since 01 January 2024.
