The details we require are:

Question 1. What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

Our response:

On this occasion it is not possible to provide any of the requested information. In line with your rights under section 1(1)(a) of the Act to be informed whether information is held, we confirm that the University does not hold any recorded information for contractual performance KPI’s for this contract.

A thorough search of all documentation held has not provided any results for KPI. Therefore, we concur we do not hold the requested information.

Our response:

£74,263 since June 2023.

Question 3. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

No decision has been made as of the date of your request.
