Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide details of any immersive visualisation, immersive learning, immersive training, immersive simulation or panoramic projection systems purchased, leased, commissioned or installed by your organisation between 1 January 2020 and today's date.

This includes, but is not limited to:

CAVE (Cave Automatic Virtual Environment) systems

For each installation, please provide:

Name of the supplier awarded the contract.

Manufacturer or product brand supplied.

Brief description of the system.

Department, faculty, school or business unit using the system.

Building or campus where installed (where appropriate).

Date of contract award.

Date of installation or commissioning.

Total contract value (excluding VAT where possible).

Procurement route used (Open Tender, Framework Agreement, Mini Competition, Direct Award, Quotation, etc.).

Name of the procurement framework used (if applicable).

Contract or tender reference number.

Whether there is an ongoing maintenance or support contract and, if so, its expiry date.

Copies of any publicly releasable tender specification, statement of requirements or contract award notice relating to the procurement.
