We have now considered your request of 10 July 2026 for the following information:
For the consultancy firms listed below, please state how many contracts were awarded to them in the financial years 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/26, and 2026/27.
For each contract awarded to those consultancy firms, please state:
- The name of the consultancy firm that received the contract
- The value of the contract
- The start and end date of the contract
- A brief description of what the contract is for and the services provided

On this occasion it is not possible to provide all of the requested information. In line with your rights under section 1(1)(a) of the Act to be informed whether information is held, we confirm that the University does not hold any recorded information for contract value or contract end date for Nous Group or any of the requested contract information for Ernst & Young.
A review of a contract held with Cubane Consulting (part of Nous Group) does not indicate a contract value assigned, rather a licencing fee the University pays to join the UniForum programme, nor does it indicate an end date to this contract.
A search of all sealed contracts since March 2020 did not produce any data held re contracts with Ernst and Young.
