I am writing to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the University's provision and management of coaching services for staff development.
Specifically, I would like to request the following recorded information:
Question 1. Frameworks & Procurement: Does the University use a formal procurement framework or a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to source external coaches for staff? If so, please specify if it is an internal system or one managed by a regional consortium (e.g. LUPC or SUPC).

No, the University does not have a formal procurement framework for sourcing external coaches for staff.
Question 2. Roster Management: Does the University maintain a formal roster, "pool" or "approved list" of external coaches used by the University for staff, leadership or executive development?

Question 3. Application Process: What is the formal process for an external coach to apply for inclusion on this roster, "pool" or "approved list" or to be considered for future staff, leadership or executive development coaching opportunities?
