Question 4. If known, how many of these student midwives did not start practising midwifery within three months of finishing their course?
Our response:
On this occasion it is not possible to provide any of the requested information. In line with your rights under section 1(1)(a) of the Act to be informed whether information is held, we confirm that the University does not hold any recorded information for the number of student midwives who did not start practising midwifery within three months of completing their course.
Whilst the University does collect completion data 15 months post-graduation through our graduate outcomes survey, this information does not capture those specifically not employed and practising midwifery three months after finishing their course, therefore we do not hold the requested information.
