As you will know, the UK GDPR introduced various rights for individuals relating to their personal data, including the following:
Right of access
Right to rectification
Right to erasure
Right to restrict processing
Right to object
Under the Freedom of Information Act, please supply the following information relating to the above mentioned rights:
Question 1. In each of the past three full calendar years (2022, 2023, 2024), how many individual requests relating to each of these specific rights has your university received?
- Please note, only information relating to the above listed rights is required. Data relating to similar rights not mentioned such as data portability and the right to be informed is not required in this case.
- Please ensure a separate figure is provided for each type of right rather than providing an overall combined total for all.
