3,615 beds available, with an occupancy percentage of 94%.
Question 4. How many students have secured rooms in university halls of residence (including owned, managed, and partnership/nominated) for the January intake 2025, and how does this compare to the previous year (e.g. +2% on January 2024)?
Our response:
There were 199 secured rooms in university halls of residences for the January 2025 intake. This is an increase of 7% against January 2024 intake.
