‘In this case please treat them as meaning the same thing. Any request that has come in for maintenance or repair work as you suggest in the second bullet point:’ do you require the total number of all maintenance requests (all requests for repairs or remediation) logged and tended to by our Maintenance teams, and the total spend for all maintenance repairs undertaken and completed by our Maintenance teams for the requested period?’’

As of 17 January 2025, there are a total of 1,285 outstanding maintenance requests.
