We have now considered your Freedom of Information request of 22 November 2024 for the following information:

Question 1. We are looking to gain some demographic information of your students to help with our future recruitment targets. We would be asking for information such as:

• Number of students

• Gender

• Ethnicity

Our response:

The total number of students enrolled and registered with the University, at the time of your request, is 13,295. Of the total student population, 5,844 have stated their gender as Male, 7,352 are Female, and 99 have not chosen to disclose their gender (recorded as Invalid, Not known or Not given).
