We have now considered your request of 09 October 2024 for the following information:

Question 1. Contract – Are East Anglia currently in contract with an IT vendor for endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, monitors and peripherals) as well as server and storage?

Our response: 

Yes. The University of East Anglia currently have contracts with suppliers for endpoint devices, servers and storage. 

Question 1.a. If so when does the contract end and who is it with?

Our response: 

Stone Computers; contract end date 04 February 2028 or 04 February 2029 or 04 February 2030 if fully extended.
Fujitsu/OCF; contract end date 31 July 2028 if fully extended.
Daisy Corporate Services Trading Ltd; contract end date 01 February 2028 if fully extended.
CSI Ltd contract; contract end date 31 July 2026.

Question 2. Tenders - Do East Anglia have any upcoming tenders to procure endpoint devices?

Our response: 

On this occasion it is not possible to provide any of the requested information. In line with your rights under section 1(1)(a) of the Act to be informed whether information is held, we confirm that the University does not hold any recorded information for any upcoming tenders to procure endpoint devices at the University of East Anglia.
