Professors Sara Connolly and Hussein Kassim launched their report, 'European Commission: Facing the Future', at an event hosted by the European Commission on 3 December 2015. Before an audience of 150 HR managers, Professor Kassin presented the main findings of the research, which is based on an online survey, interviews and focus groups conducted in 2014 by a multinational team led by the two professors. In a 30 minute speech, European Commission Vice President Kristalina Georgieva outlined the changes that she has initiated in the Commission's personnel policy. The event was livestreamed to all commission staff.
