The University is a thriving and diverse community of people. Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy (issued August 2025) sets out how we will fulfil our legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010, foster a welcoming and supportive culture where we treat each other with dignity and respect, and create an environment in which we are tolerant of different views and perspectives.
We continue to review our broader policies to ensure they are aligned to the above Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations, and further updates will be made to this page accordingly.
