Our Live Chat service is a great way to contact us. You can talk to one of our advisers Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Remember on Wednesday afternoons our Live Chat support is limited to helping with account access enquiries only.

If you try Live Chat just before we’re due to close, and we’re busy with other customers, we may not have a chance to connect with you, please try again the next working day.

Our advisors can assist with a wide range of problems and requests. If your IT query is outside our scope, we’ll raise a Ticket and find the best person to help.

During key times of the day (around 9am, midday and 4pm), we can get very busy and will do our best to answer your request as soon as possible. 

If your request is not urgent, or you do not require an immediate response, you may prefer to log a ticket via the Service Portal or check out our self-help guides (UEA login required).

Livechat will be available from 8am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday. From 12.30pm on Wednesday afternoon, we are open for account access issues only.

After the chat, you will be prompted to leave feedback about the service you have received. Please leave the operator rating and any comments about the service you have received during your visit. 

The feedback you give is reviewed by Service Desk and ITCS management to help improve our service.
