more...Perenco UK operates gas platforms and recently bought BP's southern North Sea assets. They have made a generous donation to support us in buying laboratory equipment.
Scottish Power Renewables
more...Scottish Power Renewables are planning their installation of Europe’s largest wind farm, East Anglia ONE. It will utilise 102 turbines, each with a capacity of 7 megawatts (MW). As part of their support for the local region they have sponsored four scholarships for our MSc students.
Seajacks
more...Seajacks operate a number of jack-up barges that support the installation of the many wind turbines in various farms in the southern north sea. Human Resources Manager Ian Robertson has supported a number of events and recently employed one of our MSc graduates.
Shell UK
more...Shell UK process and deliver approximately 20% to 25% of UK’s gas supply at Bacton on the north east Norfolk coast. Each year they take one or two of our MSc students to work on process improvements at the plant. The also regularly accommodate site visits to see thermodynamics in action.
