PGCE Information Events

Throughout the year, we host teacher training events on the UEA campus. These events will provide you with valuable insights into pursuing a teaching career in the Primary or Secondary school age ranges.​

​We welcome everyone considering a career in teaching - whether you're still exploring your options or you're ready to submit your application.​

Our next event dates for 2025-26 are as follows:

  • Primary PGCE Info Event: Saturday 11th October 2025 - 09:30-12:30

  • Primary PGCE Info Event: Saturday 7th February 2026 - 09:30-12:30

  • Primary PGCE Info Event: Saturday 18th April 2026 - 09:30-12:30

  • Secondary PGCE Info Event: Tuesday 14th October 2025 - 16:00-19:00

  • Secondary PGCE Info Event: Thursday 26th February 2026 - 16:00-19:00

What happens at PGCE teacher training events at UEA?

You’ll have the opportunity to find out more about training to teach at UEA, including the funding options available and the support you'll receive from our specialist tutors, who are all academics and experienced teachers. You'll be able to talk about our courses with our tutors, PGCE Admissions Team and our current students.
