The quality of trainee teachers starting the Secondary PGCE course is reliant on the quality of our recruitment processes. Partnership colleagues play a significant role by participating in our interviews, so we benefit from schools’ perspectives on the suitability of our candidates.
Interviews happen throughout the year from October through to July, and the expected commitment is very much in your hands, depending on your availability. Interview sessions last approximately half a day.
