With over 300 researchers and £60 million worth of ongoing research, Norwich Medical School, at the heart of Norwich Research Park, is dedicated to performing world leading fundamental and applied research.

Our research is organised at Faculty-level with all of our researchers being aligned to one of these three research departments:

• Metabolic Health Research Department

• Mental Health & Social Care Research Department

• Public Health Research Department

Within these three departments, we focus on making scientific breakthroughs in mechanisms of disease, the identification of novel therapeutics and preventive strategies, and delivering health services innovation.
