Dr Lisa Taylor is an Associate Professor in the School of Health Sciences at the University of East Anglia, Norwich. Lisa is also Associate Dean for Employability for the Faculty of Medicine and Health, and is passionate about employability.
Lisa has developed innovative and widely adopted employability initiatives in her employability roles. Lisa has published her employability work, presented a number of National and International employability conferences and has edited a book - “How to Develop your Healthcare Career – a guide to employability and professional development”. Lisa created the Peer Enhanced e-Placement (PEEP) - a successful and customisable online model of placement delivery - which will be the focus of her presentation.
