Current Applicants

If you are a current applicant to UEA, you will be invited to an Applicant Day if you are offered a place on one of our courses. These events are specifically designed for offer holders and we would recommend that you come along to one, instead of a Mini Open Day, before making your UCAS choices.

Travelling by car - Mini Open Day parking

Take advantage of free parking with a short shuttle bus journey from Norwich's Costessey Park and Ride, as parking won't be available on campus for open days. The shuttle bus will take 20 minutes (traffic permitting).

Pop the NR9 3LX postcode into your Sat Nav and there will be UEA Staff and Students to welcome you upon arrival at the park and ride, you can plan your route here.

If accessible parking is needed for a blue badge holder please email to arrange accessible parking on campus.

Trains and Buses

We are just 3 miles from Norwich city centre. That means a short bus or taxi ride from Norwich rail or coach station.

If you decide to travel by train, on arrival into Norwich you will be able to hop on a Blue Line 25 or 26 bus which will bring you straight to our lovely campus.

Book your train travel

Book your coach travel

If you want to spend a night in Norwich, and get to know our amazing city a little better, you should also book your accommodation early. Our campus is 15 minutes away by bus or taxi, or a 40 minute walk. See Norwich hotels

Or you can stay right here on campus at Broadview Lodge, book Broadview Lodge.

Organise your travel and accommodation early and save money. If you book early, tickets tend to be cheaper.

Arrival on campus and check in

Our Mini Open Day runs from 10:00 to 14:30. When you arrive, head to the Student's Union to check in.

Bring your email confirmation so you can check in quickly. If you forget your email, don’t worry – you can still check in, but it might take slightly longer.

You can leave any luggage in the Students’ Union, although we don’t have a designated locked room. Just ask a member of staff for help.

You’ll also find the ‘Information Zone’ in the Student Union Building. Here, representatives from the admissions, student finance and accommodation teams will be on hand to answer your questions.

Help on the day

This is your Mini Open Day. Relax, enjoy and explore. And don’t forget to ask us anything you want to know. Look for the people in 'ASK ME' t-shirts. They’re there to help with anything you need. Some of them will lead tours of the campus and accommodation.
