Your University Questions, Answered.

When will we find out about our timetable? Michelle, Norwich

Our Answer:

Timetables are something we get asked about a lot. Every student at UEA has online access to their own personal timetable through e:Vision, so you can find out where and when your lectures, seminar, labs and, at certain times of the year when your exams are.

There are a few things that need to happen before you’ll be able to access your timetable:

  • You’ll need to have your place at UEA Confirmed (hold an Unconditional offer)
  • From mid-August onwards (sometime after A-Level results day), you’ll receive an email from us asking you to complete your online registration
  • Once you’ve done this, you’ll have your username and password which gives you access to e:Vision. Here you’ll be able to see the modules you’ve been enrolled on and your timetable.

Don’t worry if you don’t receive your registration email straight after A-level results day - exact date of when this happens depends on the course you’re looking to study.

We’ve already answered a couple of questions about a typical day and contact hours, which you might also want to have a look at.
