Your University Questions, Answered.
What's the weather like in Norwich?
UEA and Norwich may not be the place for you if you‘re a fan of rain – we're located in one of the driest regions in the country – only seeing rain on 123 days, according to the MET office. Compare that to the north east of the country, which has rain on 165 days per year, and the south west with 155 days.
The great weather in the region means getting outside is a must, whether this is exploring our beautiful campus, or visiting the local countryside or coast.
UEA is also home to Weatherquest - so we're also experts on the subject, and don’t forget your sun-cream!
