Your University Questions, Answered.

I'm not able to make any of the open days, can I still come and visit campus? Joe, Margate

Our Answer:

It is one thing to hear about a university through someone else’s experience, but nothing beats visiting the campus yourself and seeing your future first-hand. That's why in recent years we've increased the number of Open Day events to four to ensure people can visit, but we understand sometimes it's not always possible.

The good news is we also offer a number of alternative options for those who want to visit us here at UEA. These include Campus Tour afternoons - where you can get a guided tour of our grounds, or a self-guided campus tour where you can be your own tour guide when you visit in your own time. For those that do apply to UEA, you'll have another opportunity to visit the university for an applicant day, and as we head towards the UCAS deadline date we often run mini Open Days for those who haven't been able to visit previously, or who want another look at our campus.

We think the best way to get a feel for UEA is to visit, but if you still cannot get to Norwich, there are a number of resources online we would recommend taking a look at. For example, the videos on our YouTube channel, reading about campus from our student bloggers, and taking look the Storifys from the Open Days here.
