You’re spoilt for choice for restaurants and food here on campus and in the centre of Norwich.

We know how important it is to have delicious, nutritious food to eat, which is why we have a range of restaurants and food outlets on campus for you to choose from, and our shop also has a range of vegan meals, including vegan pizzas.

Currently, if you visit our, Campus Kitchen, you can make a specific request for a vegan meal, which will take 5-10 minutes to prepare. The options vary depending on season, but some of the current meals are: sweet chilli Asian stir fry, North African vegetable tagine, Mexican fire chilli beans, Thai oriental vegetable curry plus others.

We have over 200 clubs and societies for you to be a part of in particular UEA Vegans and a VegBox scheme to provide local, seasonal, organic fruit and veg to campus.

Norwich has a variety of vegan places to eat. There is even a website about being Vegan in Norwich showcasing where to eat, recipes, plus lots more. UEA’s Sustainable Ways team have put a blog post together showcasing The Best Vegan Eats in Norwich – take a look to find out more.
