We're firm believers in balance, so your summer with us won't just be about work, work, work without any fun. We provide a full schedule of social activities designed to help you get to know your fellow students, experience Norwich and its beautiful surroundings and relax between classes.

Our social activities are open to everyone in the Undergraduate International Summer School, with events to give you a taste of British life and culture.

UEA gave me a chance to meet incredible people from all over the world. By organizing events like the Steam Boat Cruise, quizzes and even trips to Cambridge or London, I managed to become close with such lovely people in a very short time.”  Sofie from the Czech Republic, Japan Orientation 2019.
