Study with students from around the world on projects that focus on key areas of sustainable development.  Learn from academics, local businesses, and peers. Develop academic and presentation skills, immerse yourself in another culture, tackle global challenges, and give your CV a boost. Students will learn in small classrooms of around 18 students, working on a collective project for delivery to a panel of experts in their field.

During the programme, students will focus on four sustainable development goals*:

  • Good health and wellbeing
  • Reduced inequalities
  • Sustainable cities and communities
  • Climate action

*Themes may be randomised in delivery order, according to participating student numbers. Module subject to accreditation.

By the end of the module students will:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals; how to utlise their recommendations in practise with real world problems

  • Develop intercultural communication skills whilst working collaboratively with students from across global regions

  • Present their findings to an audience and communicate how these recommendations can be used in real scenarios.
