The David Higham Scholarship is awarded to a Postgraduate student within the School of Literature, Drama and Creative Writing to enable them to undertake an MA in Creative Writing (Prose Fiction) at UEA.

Eligibility

  • Level: Postgraduate
  • Fees: Home, EU or International
  • School: Literature, Drama and Creative Writing
  • Course: MA or MFA Creative Writing (Prose Fiction)
  • Applicants should not already have a literary agent

What does it cover?

  • Total Value: £5,000 and possibility of an offer of representation from David Higham Associates
  • Duration of award: One year
  • Tuition fees or maintenance: Either
  • Number available: 1

Applications are now open for 2018/19 entry. The deadline for applications is 12 noon on Tuesday, May 15th, 2018.

If you apply for this scholarship, you will be considered for any of the scholarships below for which you are elgible. There is no need to submit a second application for any of the scholarships below:
