UEA is set within 320 acres of beautiful, rolling countryside, just minutes from the world-class, vibrant, and exciting city of Norwich.
The campus is host to an array of restaurants and cafés, which cater for quick, hot, halal and vegetarian diets, and are open over extended hours to provide the best service. There is also a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy, laundrettes, bank, book store and post office which offer nearly everything needed during a stay. Find out more about what is available on campus.
The Sportspark and the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts give visitors the chance to play sports in England’s largest indoor facility and view spectacular art in a world-renowned museum. Find out more by clicking on the place names above.
All of this is only a few minutes’ walk away from our accommodation, with most our programmes being provided with rooms in our shared, modern flats or in our on-campus hotel, which you can find out more about here.
The city centre is easily accessible by a frequent public bus service, and local taxi companies offer subsidised prices to and from campus and the city centre. Find out more about Norwich here.
Our students agree with us that UEA is an excellent place to be, ranking us second for student experience in the UK (National Student Survey 2016). Our programmes aim to give an insight into this student experience and to provide a fantastic example of university life in the UK.
