We will respond to all submitted applications within two weeks of online submission. We may need to request further supporting documents or references. Once we have all the required information, your application will be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome by email. If you have been successful in your application you will be sent a link to officially accept your offer.

A deposit of £200 needs to be paid within two weeks of receiving your unconditional offer, or by 15 May 2019, in order to secure your place on your chosen module. The balance fee deadline is 29 May 2019.

Short-Term study visa 

If you require a visa to study in the UK, you will need to apply for a short-term study visa once you have formally accepted your offer. A formal letter will be issued for visa application purposes.

Please make yourself aware of visa regulations for your home country and if necessary apply for the required paperwork within the allocated time period.

Our Visa Compliance team will check your passport and visa (if relevant) during orientation for your programme.

Registering as a UEA student

One month before arrivals you will receive an email inviting you to pre-register online and to upload a photograph for your campus card, you will need to complete this task before arriving on campus.

Further communication

Once you have accepted your offer of a place on a programme, you will be sent regular communications via email. It is important to check your inbox and inform us at summerstudyabroad@uea.ac.uk if your details change.
