Join us in Norwich for a taste of university life. Totally free (like really, we'll even pay for your travel and food). Designed especially for young people with experience of local authority care.

For ages 14-18 years.

You might have additional questions or worries about your journey to university after leaving foster or residential care. And that's exactly why we're here to help. Experience Uni provides lots of info and fun activities that will boost your knowledge and confidence about all things university - whether you're applying now in a few years time. If you’re aged 14-18 with recent or current experience of local authority care, this event is your chance to get a taste of university life.

Experience Uni is part of IncludingMe, check out the rest of the support we can offer you

Here’s what you’ll get up to

You’ll stay in your own room in university accommodation and experience life at two very different universities. Sounds great right? You'll be:

  • Meeting university staff and students
  • Meeting other young people and taking part in social activities
  • Finding out more about the courses and careers which interest you
  • Learning about specific support for university students after leaving care

It’s all completely FREE, and we even pay for your travel. If you have any questions at all, have a chat with Liz from our Outreach team and she'll get you the answers.
