"The students spoke positively of their experience and I would add my appreciation: the session went really well. Your ambassadors were excellent and engaged well with the students."
Teacher, St Albans High School
One of the most exciting ways in which UEA inspires future students is to physically visit their schools. We offer a range of engaging and informative talks and activities designed to introduce students to university life and raise aspirations. These can be delivered in your school for a range of year groups and are offered completely free of charge.
We are happy to tailor our sessions to meet any specific learning outcomes you may have or develop new activities with you. Talks and activities are delivered by our Outreach Officers or Student Ambassadors, who have all had an enhanced DBS check and training with regards to working with young people. For more information on these sessions, please see further links in the menu or contact us directly.
Outreach Staff and Student Ambassadors are also available to attend careers days, parents evenings and transition events. Feedback from schools and parents suggest that having a university presence at events really helps in gaining knowledge for further progression.
