The core interest of the Cognition Action Perception group (CAP) is the interplay between high-level cognition and lower level vision and action processes in typical and atypical populations. The group is led by Professor Kenny Coventry and comprises of eleven members of faculty. Group members utilize eyetracking, virtual reality, motion capture, electroencephalography, functional neuroimaging and neuropsychological techniques to investigate a range of research questions.

The work of the group is currently supported by a range of funding sources including a FP7 Marie Curie Initial Training Network award.
